Al Jazeera Port provides a complete range of maritime and shipping services. Our main activities are Dry Docking, Ship Repairing, Marine Operations, Agency Service, Cargo Handling and Warehouse Storage. The port covers a total area of over 450,000 sqm, including the new Dry Dock and Ship Lifting System area. This new 50,000 sqm facility has 12 dry berths – 8 berths are 67.5m long x 30m wide and 4 berths are 77.5m long x 30m wide. The facility’s lifting dock has a synchronized lifting capacity of 1,100 tonnes and can accommodate vessels up to 55m in length x 18m wide. The adjacent area is facilitated with 9 jetties of a total length of 1,110 meters, with two portable ramps. The peninsula area of the port is 300,000 sqm. This facility is serviced by 4 loading ramps, each one accommodating barges up to 110 meters. Al Jazeera Port has an open storage area of 74,000 sqm and warehouses totaling 6,200 sqm. Port services span handling and stevedoring for general and break bulk cargoes, agency duties, pilotage and berthing, bunkering, ship handling and customs and immigration services. Al Jazeera Port is more than well-equipped to handle Ras Al Khaimah’s rapidly growing maritime traffic.
